BEWARE: Wanted a new wireless card. They never called me with an estimate, said they would. Did installation without authorization. They took it upon themselves to clean the viruses and add anti-virus protection and charge me, I didn't ask for that. Geek Squad just took care of the viruses 3 days prior and my anti-virus protection was good for another 5 months. Told Quickfix tech this and he hung up on me. Quickfix removed the virus protection (that they installed without authorization) and only charged me for the wireless card. I picked up the computer, paid the bill and brought it home. Plugged it in and no power. Called Quickfix back,they told me to bring it in. Tech told me it was working when it left also said I told them to clean the viruses, which I didn't because the Geek Squad did it. He hung up on my again. I Don't know if they did the work I paid them for because I can't turn the computer on. Customer Service is the WORST EVER. I WILL NEVER BE BACK
