Dayton Express Cab is a Gem in the Gem City Dayton Ohio USA! I recommend this service!! My driver Jaber, was courteous, nice,helpful, prompt &safe driver. He picked me up this morning June 12th 2020 for medical appt waited &drove me home! Car was clean & after I signed paperwork he offered me to use the antibacterial bottle & He wore his Mask! Whether during the Covid 19 Pandemic or After Dayton Express Cab is the Taxi Service to Call !
(&they have The Dayton International Airport &University of Dayton contracts!! Plus many Medical insurances use them thru Access Transportation to book rides for clients to medical appts!)

Very unimpressed! The driver was friendly and courteous, but I was charged about $20 too much for my ride home from the Dayton Airport. I called the company to have this mistake reconciled, and they acknowledged that I was overcharged, and refused to adjust my charge. They stated that I would have to "call the city because the city sets the meters." I am not sure what was going on with the meter, but if the company agrees that I was overcharged, they should adjust the charge. Give another company your business!

Don't call in advance for a price for a long distance trip!!! They will tell you all in one breath to call back when you need their service AND that they don't give estimates over the phone...I gave my business to one that appreciated it!!!!
