I called about a complaint that i didnt recieve some very important documents-it was past tiem i was supposed to get them.The lady that i talked to just told me "their scheduled for delivery mam", and i said well they said i could get a money back guarentee if their no here on time.The lady( who never had the courtesty to idenify herself) kept saying goodbye-while i was still talking! and it wasnt a long call at all-she was just being plain rude! Then she asked me"so what was in your package? birth certificate? social security card? passport? incredulously! she eventually told me "well, youll have to take your package number to your local post office for consideration for a refund if the package doesnt come witthin 24 hours of the due time" They said i had a money back guarentee if it wasnt here by noon! its very time sensitive! Overall, the lady was very rude and demeaning to me-when i was only trying to ask serious questions about my package(or lack of!) and the bill!
