Walmart - Pharmacy

The managers here are so rude, im taking my complaint up with district managers.. my mother had someone send her money via money gram, she has an out of state licence and they told her they required mail. Called money gram they asked for the sales people to speak to cause thats not their policy.. the managers refused to cash it for her and or speak to someone feom money gram. Needless to say its the principal of the matter not the $ in this situation & you can bet your butt I will spend more money to shop elsewhere wit my 300 every other week and will be canceling my walmart card. Id advise to shop elsewhere.

Very bad service. They shorted my father a controlled medication. When I called the Pharmacist would not even admit that the possibility could exist that they made a mistake with a controlled drug! He was very rude on the phone and wouldn't give me the phone number for the pharmacy corporate office. He said I would have to look it up my self. He cut me off when I was speaking and said "he was too busy and had customers to deal with" and then hung up. Well I am a customer too. I worked in a pharmacy for about 5 years, and although it was in a different state about 8 years ago, I still know he did not handle this situation correctly. I was very calm and polite on the phone, but he was rude, wouldn't let me talk, and in no way provided or helped to provide a solution for a paying customer with a big problem. This is very much not like Walmart, as I have always had experienced satisfactory-good customer service within the store.
