We have had the same pest person for 3 yrs. Hes awesome polite and very well mannered. never had an issue. He always asks us if we need anything else and gives us tons of info abou the bugs he sees. Great company, well priced.

Technicians always very polite, however the customer service from the office is completely awful. They would always call and give us our appt time and if we needed to call and change it they would schedule it for a completely different day. The never answer the phone and don't call back the number you asked to be reached at, just leave a message at a number your not at. I just called and left a message to fire them for the third time because they are still scheduling and sending technicians to my house even though I have found a new company. Absolute worst service/professionalism I have seen in this business; complete idiots working in their scheduling office.

Awful service, claim they come when you're not home but they don't. Said there was an issue with us having a Dog. That they could not spray. We had a Dog for over a year when they were supposedly spraying our house. Interesting how it suddenly became an issue. Witness a tech just leaving a bill at our house but not spraying. Called yo cancel and they never cancelled. They now claim we own them money. Stay away!

The tech was very well mannered. Did a thorough job. Asked if I had any problem areas. made sure he got those well. He swept my spider webs. VERY GOOD JOB!!! I would reccommend them to everyone i know!
