Absolutely horrible logistics. I was left a Door Tracker and when talked to customer service they gave me two options: 1) Request to leave it there and pick it up myself. 2) It would be re-delivered no later than 10:35 a.m. the next day. I chose option 2 and 10:35 came an went. I finally called at 12:10 p.m. and was told they would notify the center and have them call me after correspondence was made with the driver to get a time frame for the driver to deliver this package. I was left a message that the driver would be at my address between 2:30 and 3:00 closer to 3:00. I decided to run some errands that I needed to do (had the package been delivered around 10:35 I could have already had done). I ensured I was home at 2:20 as to not miss this package. Upon arrival I saw another Door Tracker that I had missed the package and the driver attempted to deliver it at 1:30 p.m. This whole ordeal ruined my ability to work and earn a living today. Horrible logistics.
