      Established in 1977, A. Philip Randolph Academies of Technology is a high school that conducts classes in information technology, cosmetology, health science, public safety, and fire and rescue. It also has more than 10 advance placement courses. The school offers learning opportunities to approximately 900 children and employs a staff of more than 60 people. A. Philip Randolph Academies of Technology operates a library media center that provides a range of books on several topics. It offers a parent-teacher association that encourages involvement from families and mentors. The school provides a mentorship in the junior year and paid internship during senior year. A. Philip Randolph Academies of Technology is governed by Duval County Public Schools.
