DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

Around 30 days ago I went to Automac on Blanding blvd to get a car. I ended up getting a 2008 Chevy Malibu that has an extended warranty. As soon as I left the dealership I noticed that every time I tried to accelerate the car would stutter and the flash the ESC and Traction control light. I informed my sales consultant, Joshua, via text message but all I got back was bring it in anytime and we will fix it. I took it back to the dealership and left it there all day in the hopes that it would be fixed but when I got there they told me it was just there for the diagnostic and that I would have to set an appointment for another day for it to be repaired. So I did just as they requested I sent an appoint on a Saturday, which was my next day off, so that I could drop it off once again so it can be fixed. Well before Saturday had even got here I went to the dealership to pay my tag fee. I spoke with the finance manger about the issues I was having and he went on a test drive with me. He said that it felt like I need spark plugs and but he was unsure why it was Idling so rough. Came back for my Saturday appointment and as usual dropped off my car so they could fix it waited until 4:30 to go get it since they close at 5 and once again it still wasn't fixed! Except this time they told me they didn't know what was wrong with it and that I could/should take it to the Chevy dealership so they can get the exact codes and they will be able to fix it because if there was major issue wrong with it then it would be covered under my warranty. Well I tried to be nice and take it to the dealership to make sure it wasn't a recall that was causing all this trouble... It wasn't. Set an appoint with the dealership to do a diagnostic today (11/21/14) and it came up with issues that they "said" were checked before they put this car on the lot. Seems like this dealership is nothing but a bunch of liars! Now that I have had enough I spoke with the owner Thomas Duke. Thomas was very rude and nonchalant about these issues that he even walked out while I was talking to him. I asked him for proof that this car was inspected before it was put on the lot and he replied that ," my staff is not perfect". Well sir that's not what I asked you and to be honest them being perfect was none of my concern! I just want to make sure that I can actually drive this car without endangering my life and the lives of other but Thomas left the conversation without a car in the world. I guess since I'm not how "white" daughter he didn't care about my life which speaks volumes about him and his staff! Now Automac wants me to pay for the repairs!

beware!!!

They are snakes preying on low income ppl with bad credit...They sell you lemons and have no intentions on fixing any of their cars...I brought a car from them and the same night my car wouldn't start, the door panels fell off, the key wouldn't work in the locks, and the car started making a squeaky noise!! But they didn't care ...They would have me bring the car in only to drive off with it in worst conditions...and when I threaten to leave the car there they said that it will show on my credit report as an voluntary repo!!! They really need to be exposed

I SAT THERE FOR 2 DAYS AND WATCHED PEOPLE COME IN BECAUSE THE CARS THAT THEY SOLD THEM WERE DOWN. RATHER THAN FIXING THEM, THEY FORCED THEM INTO ANOTHER CAR, WITH MONEY DOWN, AND A 30% INTEREST RATE, AND THE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF NEGATIVE EQUITY WAS ATTACHED. THEY ARE SNAKES. PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE. I THOUGHT THAT I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS BEING DOGGED OUT, BUT AS I SAT THERE, I REALIZED THAT THEY ARE GETTING RICH, PREYING ON THE POOR, THE IGNORANT, AND THE PEOPLE WHOSE CREDIT IS CHALLENGED. PEOPLE LIKE THIS REALLY NEED TO BE EXPOSED. THEY HAVE HAD SO MANY DIFFERENT NAMES AND WILL CONTINUE TO CLOSE DOWN AND REOPEN UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE

THEY WILL SELL YOU A CAR...

FINANCE IT...

HAVE YOU BRING IT TO THEM FOR REPAIRS,

ONLY TO SELL YOU ANOTHER ONE.

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, OR THEY POSITION THAT THEY PUT YOU IN.

THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT SELLING YOU A CAR.
