The service I received upon dropping off my vehicle for maintenance service was handled very efficiently and with excellent customer care. From setting up the appointment to courtesy call updates regarding my vehicles service status I received from Mike Needham, was handled very well. I especially appreciated the fact that even though the car wash system was inoperative, he still offered to have my vehicle washed and interior vacuumed. I absolutely love the fact that Brumos Lexus of Jacksonville continues to maintain their excellent customer care and extends that quality in the service department as well. I will most definitely tell others about my wonderful experience here.

I would like to thank RON for putting up with a very frazzled driver on the side of the road.and the night shift MIKE NEEDAM for the help they gave me.
