Great Customer Service

I had a great experience in working with Coggin Honda while purchasing a new car. I specifically thank Michael Huang who took care of me and walked me through everty step of the way. Michael was responsive, interested in my needs and never worked to sell me something that I wasn't interested in. I'm grateful for the relationship that I was able to develop with Coggin Honda and Michael Huang. I look forward to buying from them again. Thanks Michael!

Proceed with Caution

Seems like I'm not the only one...Ron Smith the used car manager is a crook.

He did a straw purchase scam on me with a used car. He is a slick willie and refused to speak to me after he knew he was in it knee deep. I would proceed with caution before buying a used car from them. And if you ever have a complaint, do not complain to the dealership. Call or write their corporate office:

Do not by from Used Cars until Ron Smith is demoted

This review is of Ron Smith only, the used car sales manager. He is the rudest, most arrogant individual I have come in contact with in a very long time. He has no interpersonal skills and proceeded to tell me there were no repair issues -- when there were clearly issues that the service manager recognized and fixed. This man disputed repair issues when he has no business even driving cars to determine if repairs are need. Scratch that he has no business even looking at cars or talking to customers based on my experience with this arrogant a**hol*. He was condescending and treated me as if I did not have one ounce of common sense when I actually used to own a small used car lot and refurbished old classic cars.
Stay away from the used car department because of this man. Even if you find your best deal and best car, he will not stand behind the written 30 day bumper to bumper warranty. He will do everything possible to deprive you of the repairs that were promised and should in all rights be completed. I am writing the General Manager in hopes to resolve the warranty issue and will update you as soon as possible. But don't let this little man (who is small in stature) push you around. Simply put, you may want to go somewhere else until they demote this man.
