      When I first started seeing Doug I was in a very bad place mentally. I didn't think anyone could help me and I was going to be like this for the rest of my life. In just a few weeks I was feeling a lot better. He gave me tools to help myself along the way. He didn't try to push medication, and I really felt that he understood what I was going through. I don't know where I would be now if it weren't for him. I highly recommend him to everyone !!
