This was my first visit to this Honda dealership and some other websites do not have very flattering reviews. I was wary about going there. My car was having trouble starting and I went to three different discount auto stores before calling this dealership. I spoke with Jessie who advised me to come in for a free troubleshooting. They happened to get extremely busy between that phone call and the time that I arrived so after an hour I was advised that they were unable to help me. At this point I was VERY unhappy and probably more than a little snippy. HOWEVER, Jessie strongly recommended that I come back as soon as I could the following week when they would be less busy. When I brought it back in they were able to take the car and gave me a loaner car while the repairs were made. Note: I have a warranty that covered the loaner car. Jessie was great. He even called to give me updates as it took a little longer than expected due to some complications with the warranty.
