      England-Thims & Miller is an engineering and consulting firm that provides land development, planning, environmental engineering, transportation engineering, landscape architecture and GIS services to customers throughout the Southeast United States. The company provides its services to clients in both the private sector and Federal, state, and local governments. One of its landmark projects was work done for The Preservation Project in Jacksonville, Fla. The Preservation Project is a land acquisition program to manage growth, protect environmentally sensitive lands, improve water quality and provide access to the city s natural areas. In achieving this goal, ETM provided project management services and coordination of sub-consultants including grant writers, data base developers, architects, surveyors, environmental scientists, appraisers, public relations specialists and landscape contractors. In addition, ETM continues to provide planning, design, engineering and landscape architectural services for all of the developed parcels within the project. England-Thims & Miller was founded in 1977 and maintains headquarters in Jacksonville.
