I went to the store today and met with a lady named Carrie Locy. I was looking for running shoes. I have gained 60 lbs in 8 months and joined a gym and wanted to lose a lot of weight she tried some shoes on me which were running shoes which I was looking for because they have more comfort in them. She was very helpful and took time and had a lot of patience I didn't buy anything at the time because I'm waiting on a paycheck but I will definitely be back when I get paid. She was very knowledgeable and understood my weight loss and what I was going through I will definitely be back and would definitely recommend to anybody that needs help or just even a nice person to talk to. I can't express how impressed I was with the store I didn't see any other employees and the store but she said there was an owner and another employee but they were in the back. Very knowledgeable young lady I will definitely be back thank you very much

I've been dealing with Feet First and the fine staff there since my physician sent me to them many years ago. The service is always impeccable; the owner and the people working for him unfailingly professional, polite and, most importantly, helpful. I just can't say enough good things about the products and service I've received over the years. My problems aren't particularly complex nor do I purchase a dozen pairs of shoes each year. However I'm always made to feel that my problem is important to them and nothing is more important than getting my needs met. In addition these folks are just plain nice!
