Called before making appointment that our insurance was accepted by the Doctor's office. Upon arrival at the appointment, they said they didn't accept UHC Dual Complete that they had said they accepted when making the appointment!! The staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing at this office. Go somewhere else!!

To the lady without the insurance card, (last review) why should they be responsible for "your" insurance, get with the flow,,,everyone uses an insurance card, that was pretty mean of you, lets hope you are really not a teacher, scary!!!!!
