The las time when i buy a new car the experience was no bad but no good .On this time I dont have any complain about the process ,the salesman is very gentle and he understands what I really need . He explains everything clear in English and Spanish. Hyundai of orange park has a good sales staff . This Hyundai is the #4 in my family circle and my #2 brand new Hyundai . I recommended Hyundai to all my friends and family .
Hattie Bramlitt was our service representative. She was very knowledgeable and provided assistance on getting our blue tooth system working in the vehicle. She also identified several recall issues we were not aware of and fixed them. She also pointed out that we were due for a 30,000 mile maintenance check up. She was very complete and precise in her work and did an excellent job.
Bringing my car in for service at Hyundai of Orange Park is such a pleasure. I know this because I've had some not so nice services from other dealerships in the past. Everyone who works in service is knowledgeable and easy do communicate with, which is a testament to John Keester's management. Megan Jimenez is a fabulous service adviser. In addition to being kind and easy to communicate with, they're also fast and efficient at the Hyundai of OP service department.
For my 15000 mile service. They helped me quickly when I arrived, and the car was completed by the time they estimated for me.

Hattie Bramlitt was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make our time at the Hyundai perfect. I have never had better service. From the time we came into the service center to the time we left she made sure we were well taken care of. We will be back again.

I went to Hyundai because i had an issue with my sun roof. Hattie Bramlitt was very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend her service to anyone owning a Hyundai.

I pulled up to the dealership because my light came on the dash board and I was not sure what that meant and I also needed was over due for my oil change before I could turn off my engine Sherman Cooper greeted me opened my door and said he would take great care of my auto needs when I told him about my light he check it out and new right away that it was my tire pressure was low got me right in also for my oil change and check up. Upon my arrival at the service department of the Orange Park Hyundai Dealership, I was warmly welcomed by Service Advisor Zack Wombolt, who in turn, began the process of retrieving my information, so that he could properly service my vehicle needs. AWESOME job, Zack!!!!!
