Good to get reacquainted with you again. And thanks for giving me to Thomas Locke. A very kind and humbled man. Badly needed these days dealing with the public. He should do well. Thank you for keeping your word and with the excellent service yesterday.My faith in this dealership has been restored. We have since returned to your facility for another try. The issue with our AC does not appear to be within your control. Your service representative, Thomas Locke, explained adequately how we can get the best performance. I am disappointed that the AC is somewhat limited, for an expensive vehicle. Thomas Locke is a fine representative for your firm, and I appreciate his help. I am very impressed with your dealership and your showroom. I had a relaxing visit while waiting for my vehicle and enjoyed a delicious breakfast too! I've seen a lot of dealerships around the country and I don't recall one that was more customer friendly. What I didn't say in the survey was the fact that Rob is the one I deal with and I have never found another like him. I trust his advice and his kindness. I just wanted to take the time to write you concerning Michelle Knechtâ??s excellent customer service. She was very polite and straight forward about my issues. She made sure to address all of my concerns promptly, and to make sure I was aware of all findings and resolutions to them. She was quick to return my phone calls and made sure
that the courtesy transportation was provided in a timely manner. The transportation teams were also very courteous and prompt as well. The gentleman that brought me home; I believe his name was Eric; was extremely polite and quiet while I attended a conference call on my cell phone during my ride home. The driver Michelle was easy to converse with, and I enjoyed our drive time conversation. I extend much Kudos to your service department. Thank You from a Very Happy Customer

I have to tell you that this has been the best experience I have EVER had buying a new vehicle and I think that says alot about your team and your services. I would recommend you guys over all the dealerships that I have worked with including Toyota which I am very fond of as they are with us..lol..repeat business :) So I just wanted to say thanks!

I have to let you know that I was at your dealership 2 separate times on Saturday to have the oil changed on each of our vehicles. I was really pleased with my overall experience. I was greeted promptly and in a friendly manner. I had different service writers each time and both were efficient and were sincere in their mannerisms. I hung out in the quiet area with the computers and this time I was able to get on to many more websites so my time at your dealership was enjoyable. I also had a question about the video player in my car and a young man named Daniel took the time to try to help. I think that it will require a follow-up visit but he did take the time to see if it was possibly just an error that I was making. When I returned to the vehicles each time there was no dirt or oil or smudgy hand prints anywhere.

I want to compliment your service dept., especially service advisor Christy.Even though it took longer to repair the trans on my Jeep Grand Chereokee,your staff was terrific at keeping me advised. I cannot say the same for the Customer Assistance Group in Utah. They were unresponsive to the many phone calls I made regarding a rental car and then proceeded to tell me they would not cover the full cost of the rental. I have written a formal complaint to your CEO in Auburn Hills and advised him of the total lack of service from his ""customer assistance group"". But you are to be congratulated on having such good professionals in your fine dealer ship.

I did not buy my jeep wrangler from you but I was so impressed with your service depatment that I won't ever use anyone else again for sales or service. i would like to purchase one of your spare tire covers so I can advertise for you guys. How much would that cost

My experience was outstanding. My service was completed quickly.I also obtained an estimate from the body shop while I was waiting. The woman at the front desk in the body shop should be applauded for her great customer service skills. (I failed to get her name but she had blonde curly hair) She was pleasant, professional, & friendly. It seemed like she truly enjoyed her job.Last but not least, the free manicure was a big bonus. Thank you!

This was our first visit to your dealership and after we received such great service there we decided to use your service department to repair the brake issues David's truck was having. Previously we had been using Brakes for Less and Jiffy Lube for services with less than stellar results. We could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Thomas Locke. He was friendly, professional, and made David feel completely comfortable. He made sure David got to work on time, as well
