Jim Ritter is very rude and unprofessional.He is an adviser who threatens you indirectly about your car.I have been emailed things such as " I need you to call me today or I will have to make a decision without your input " . What other decision does he have besides repossession.He yells at you on the phone and doesnt want you to talk over him but trust me he will talk over you within a heart beat.CNAC hasnt given me no trouble until they have put me in this man hands.He's just very unprofessional and sarcastic they need to get rid of him.
