KENDALE DESIGN BUILD GREAT COMPANY! My husband and I have been using Kendale Design Build for many years now. They have done everything from repairs around the interior of the house to exterior damage. They have also done a number of renovation and expansion projects for us. All work has been done professionally, on time, and for a great price. Kendale Design Build has very skilled and honest craftsman. What really impressed me was the high level of detail in their contracts, including cut sheets on every product they installed. On top of this, they also submitted a production schedule of all the activities that took place on our renovation projects. We knew what date each activity started and ended, which gave us time for planning our life during the construction. Remodeling your house can be a very overwhelming experience, since it disrupts your daily activities, but Kendale Design Build made this experience a joy. They took great care in making sure all our floors were covered and all openings adjacent to the remodeled areas were covered with plastic to keep the dust down. Their daily clean up around the areas they worked in were immaculate at the end of the day. The Superintendent was on the job from start to finish and was there to answer any questions we had. There were very little change orders because of their highly detailed contract. Any changes we did make, were documented, fairly priced and very detailed for our records. When the project ended and we had our final inspection, they gave us a closing package with every paint color, product information and care, appliance operating manuals and subcontractors that worked on our project. It doesnt get any better then that. We highly recommend this company.
