      General Info
      I offer gentle, therapeutic yoga classes in a small class setting to people of every age and many abilities. My youngest student is 4 and my oldest is 82. Many of my students are referred to me by their doctors, teachers, or coaches because they have special needs such as cancer, brain damage, ADHD, fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety or chronic pain. I hold a Master of Science from Cornell University and a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Florida. My work at UNF was focused in the area of Family and Lifespan Development and in 2009 I presented my quantitative research study at the Society for Research in Child Development Biennial meeting in Denver. I also teach psychology to local college students.
