The absolute worst phone service on earth. I would rather deal with comcast than this lowes. You will remain on hold or be transferred to the person from nowhere any number of times without the simplest of response to see if your item is in stock. When you do call back you go through the same thing until you corner someone on the phone , then they will pull it up on the computer only to arrive and them not have it. Unbelievable
