  Mr. Hulsey became a partner at Ludwig Hulsey, P.A. and Associates. He was made a named partner in the firm in 2018, and specializes in commercial litigation, immigration law, and criminal defense. Mr. Hulsey serves on the board of directors of the Rotary Club of Ponte Vedra, the board of the Twenty Mile Central HOA, and is the former Young Alumni Coordinator of the Jacksonville Beaches Gator Club.

  In pilot representation cases against the FAA, the firm has recently settled several cases involving low flying/buzzing, airspace violations, including Presidential TFR violations and gear-up landing cases. The firm has also represented pilots who have reported more than one DUI as is required by the regulations and has resolved those satisfactorily.

He was born and raised in Jacksonville and received his bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from the University of Florida. After working as a law clerk at an insurance defense firm in Gainesville, Mr. Hulsey returned home to attend law school at the Florida Coastal School of Law. During his time in law school, he was employed with several civil litigation firms, where he primarily focused on business litigation. After law school, Mr. Hulsey went to work at the State Attorney’s Office here in Jacksonville, gaining valuable trial experience ranging in everything from misdemeanors to capital cases.
