Mr Transmission Jacksonville Fl Cassat Ave was the best experience. The care, time & excellent work they did rebuilding my transmission was amazing. I will recommend them 1st to anybody. Great job
0I had a terrrible experience at the MR TRANS. in Tallahassee Florida while on vacation , arrived back in my home town to discover my transmission was still slipping after paying $2500. for repairs. I bought my car to Cassat Ave location and so far my car is running great - they dealt with the shop in Tallahassee to secure payment for additional repairs since there was a warrenty in place. Tao, Casey & Keith were very nice to deal with and i felt liek they were on my side! Thanks to you all.

this place is terrible. The service is absolutely horrifying. We made the mistake of having our car towed there after the clutch went out when we were vacationing. They held our car there. refused our Amex and then refused to wait while we found another form of pymt they literally shut their doors in our face causing us to stay another day. do not use these people. there are plenty of places that will charge less then 1,300 for a clutch. They rip you off and treat you like terribly. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE!
