Established in 1983, the PACE Center for Girls is a nonprofit organization that provides nonresidential programs and services for girls between the ages of 12 and 18 throughout Florida. It offers educational services related to high-school diplomas, GED preparation and re-entry to school and colleges. The organization provides vocational training and mployment services. The PACE Center for Girls offers opportunities for personal development and provides case management services. Additionally, it maintains more than 15 centers and has served over 17,000 girls. The organization also offers counseling, advocacy and training services. The PACE Center for Girls maintains a presence in Jacksonville, Fla.
