To start off with we were taken back 20 minutes after our appointment time. If it was later in the day I would have understood this, however it was right after they opened for the morning. During this time we sat in a stark waiting room that was not kid friendly at all. No toys, no books, nothing but a TV. and plastic coverings over EVERYTHING. I would not have believed this was a clinic specifically made for children if I would not have known where I was. After they took us back, the Dr Perez started off seeing my one year old with a "lap to lap" exam. Granted she was not wanting to cooperate, she was scared. But I started off by telling the Dr that she had hurt her nose the night before so to make sure he did not press on it. the second thing I told him was that she had just gotten in four of her back teeth in the past week, but I was concerned about her not having but a few teeth. He put a contraption in her mouth, and rested his hand on her hurt nose. she was screaming to the point
