The worst blood draw I ever experienced. I was in pain for 5 days from my bicep down to my hand and found it difficult to work around the house. I had a large bruise and a lump on my arm for over a week. I will never, ever go back there again. They either don't give a crap or need better training because they sure don't know how to draw blood properly.

i read the previous review (20 months ago), and it seems the identical problem still exists.......wanted to make an appt for blood work.....busy phone, and even when it wasnt busy i was directed to their mailbox....which was "full"....so, impossible to make the appt.....so it seems i will have to just walk in and wait as i have had to do before. the previous review was absolutely correct in saying "not a very professional way to run a business !" oh well, im just a customer i guess and you know how important that makes me..........gee !

Their phone is not only busy all the time, but even their mailbox is full, so there is no way to contact them without just going there and walking in. Then I was told I had to schedule a meeting in advance or I may be there for hours. This is not a very good way of running a business.
