I was very unpleased with your services on July 29, 2009. I chose you as a physician on a web referral service. I came in with a problem with my ear popping at least 100 times per day to relieve pressure in my ear. There was no resolution to my problem, no suggestions for care, and it seemed you were more interested in offering surgery for a deviated septum for which I have no breathing problems.Thanks for churning more dollars from my insurance company and giving me an extra bill for the $42.67. Go ahead and cash the check enclosed knowing that I was completely dissatisfied with your services and I am going to notify my insurance of your services rendered to me.
