We had a great time with a beautiful atmosphere. Not something we would do all the time, but definitely an excellent alternative to some of the other overly priced steak houses a few blocks away.

New Years Eve, $125.00 per person (there were four of us). You get better service with more personality @ IHOP than we did that night. Details: We had to ask for water. Drinks? about twenty minutes to get them. Considering drinks were the best way to earn more, I/we expected more. A large meal, quality was average for surf and turf after two of the four steaks were over cooked and had to be replaced, and were still over cooked. We were told we had the table until two. We packaged our left overs (about half of our main course). We were told they were cleaning up and gave us a pen to write our names on the containers while we danced. Not 20 minutes passed and, our food was tossed. No, we will not share the piece of cheese cake after celebrating on New Years @ RCBC, Jax,. The General Manager gave us a piece of Cheese Cake and said, I'm sorry. Summary: Service - BAD, Food - average - Consideration - disgraceful and embarrassing. Don't waste your time or money at R. C.
