My daughter just bought a $2500 dollar piece of scrap metal from them. It broke down on her way home. It got towed from where she left it and she was given a repair estimate for more than what the car is worth. They told us the top end of the motor had been rebuilt I guess they forgot to mention that was before it had been run hot over-heated and had blown a head gasket.

These guys are complete idiots and scammers. They answer there business phone saying "yeah" never return your calls, don't give you any details, hidden fees, very unprofessional. I was waiting for my title for 5 months getting no answers from them besides "uhh I think it's in Tallahassee". I call the dmv finally and they said "they automotive company should have told you you need to pick it up, it can't be mailed to you". What a waste of time, I'm training in their lemon for something that works. DO NOT go here. You'll thank me.

We went here and saw a 2001 grand am, tony told us that he had just purchased it from an older lady whom no longer drove. ( first it was missing the side mirror but the replaced before we bought) he had told us he had just changed the brakes and oil it was a total lie. Two weeks later my brakes started failing because the brake caliber was leaking and it wasn't a new leak either. The coolant was beyond low in the car. Two days after getting the car from him after him saying he had his guys look at it and there's nothing wrong the service engine and trac off light comes on. It's HORRIBLE on gas which he said it wasn't. He just flat out lied on this whole car. It's been nothing but a headache and on the verge of braking down and we haven't even had the car two months. I would never go back here even after he offered 500$ off our next car with him. He can keep his offer. Worse car dealer in Jacksonville. Stay clear ! You will get suckered by them. And now they want to ignore my calls and texts. And they have there office phone off like all the time and you can't leave a message because there mailbox is full. Horrible Business.

I went to Craigslist and found a 2001 Chevrolet Venture that was from a private owner. My husband and I went to this mans house, where we tried out the car. We fell in love with it and worked on getting the money for it. When we pulled up to the home, it was not there. We were taken to a fenced in field where there were approximately 30 cars and a big black ( friendly) dog. He pulled out the venture and went to the BEST TIRE SHOP ON THE WESTSIDE called BEN STONE TIRES and changed my brand news tires from my Honda odyssey to the new venture. We were then taken to this grimy nasty building next to the Volvo dealer. We were then completely roped in to paying dealer fees and the whole nine yards. Not even 24 hours later, the car was dead and neither the man from the house ( John, his street name is Camphor) or the dealership would return my phone calls or texts. The starter was gone, and they would not do anything. Stay AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
