This company uses deceptive business practices. I would recommend that you do not use their domain services. I purchased on a special, with a $9.99 renewal when it came time to renew it was $38.00 Use any company other this this one. Bait and switch is their motto.

THis company is TERRIBLE! Their motto is "support is were register.com stands out" This might be true BUT, it's HORRIBLE support!! THey are the carrier for our domain name and we are receiving email's up to 2 weeks after the sender has sent the email!! If we call in we just keep getting told that it will hopefully get better - but, it never does! Do not use this company for your email provider.
