This place is a nightmare. Even my grandma's hospice nurse said she wouldn't recommend it. The caregivers are for the most part as good as gold they are just stretched thin. The workers there are AWFUL. I had one lady tonight hang up on me. When I called back another lady told me I was an awful granddaughter to my grandma because I didn't get her her own phone. Only I DID get her her own phone. She just couldn't get use to cell phone and there wasn't another option. I was already deeply grieving losing my grandma who I had lost for less than a week so to have this evil lady tell me that I was an awful granddaughter pushed me over the edge. She was also inaccurate. She said I never visited my granddaughter. I visited her 1 to 2 times a week. I have endometriosis so some weeks are harder. She had me bawling my eyes out on the phone and then hung up on me. COURTYARD TOWERS IS A NIGHTMARE. My grandma fell and broke her shoulder and despite that button to push to alert someone she was on the ground for over an hour WITH A BROKEN SHOULDER. Add that to the rude staff and I would say avoid them like the plague. They certainly don't care how you feel and are completely selfish!

it has been revitalized by a new company and the improvements are awsome. The director gave us a complete tour along with a wonderful lunch and she addressed each resident by name and everyone there was smiling and seemed happy! Can't wait until my dad moves in-I'll probably spend more time there than at my own home because it is so comfy!

A beautiful community with resort style living, wonderful food, many activities. A must see for any senior that is looking for the right choice in seionr living. Quality care, secure enviornment and caring atmosphere.
