      General Info
      The Mesa Family YMCA has been serving the Mesa community for close to 50 years. Its members come in all shapes and sizes, in all ages and abilities and to participate in programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body. They come to enjoy state-of-the-art exercise equipment, a newly expanded Fitness Center and recently renovated facility. The Youth Fitness Center includes Playstation II games, bikes for a cardio workouts and a strength training circuit. It has a 5400 square foot fitness center including strength training, free-weights and cardio equipment. The YMCA has an aerobics studio featuring more than 30 complimentary exercise/aerobic classes including cycling, yoga and pilates. There is a swimming pool, child watch for up to two hours of free babysitting service for all YMCA members while the parent or guardian is using the facility. There is a teen center, a technology center, two racquetball courts and a preschool.
