My comments will be limited to my experience with Mason, Geek Squad Techie, at the Staples E. McKellips Road store. Mesa. I requested delivery of my new HP printer, a software installation and custom configuration. I also had Mason reset my Microsoft Outlook account with my new email provider. This young man is very knowledgeable, capable and has good business skills. He knows how to LISTEN to the customer and is respectful and courteous. I was very impressed with how he conducted himself and he offered to answer any questions I had. I hope store management will recognize Masons potential. He not only will have customers returning but recommending the services of the store to their family and friends. We need more techies like Mason in this specialized field.
