I have used Steaks R Us before, told several others about it. Tonight, 6/01/06 I ordered a ribeye sandwich & drink. After approx. 1 hr. I called & politely asked where it was, I was told you were slammed & that it was enroute. After 1/2 hr. more I called again, and was told that my sandwich was still there. I started to very politely complain, was told by your order taker not to be so nasty and that he was going to give me $5.00 off. That was offensive to me, I have owned two restaurants in the U.S. and one in Mexico. It is too hard to obtain customers, you need to keep them. My daughter is a chef graduate of Scottsdale Culenary Institute almost 20 years ago, if this happened in any of my restaurants or hers, they would be comped for the entire meal, especially one which has sat there over 1 hr. and is not hot.Thank you,Marc Clarkmarcclark41@msn.com(480)430-3673
