Wonderful Service!!!! Beautiful Pool!!! Hop Cassidy blew us away with there awesome customer service and the incredible negative edge pool they built. Only a few builders likem could pull off the pool of our dreams. I would recommend Scott and the Hop Cassidy Pools team to anyone!

So disappointing. I have a Hop Cassidy pool renovation . I chose pebble tec because of the 20 year warranty. Not even a year into it, the bottom surface was staining badly. They claimed it was my fault due to palm tree letter. Any fool who looks at the stain can tell it isn't. I have had another contractor vome out and tell me it was most likely a poor cleanup job of the slurry after tehy completed the surface. Never again with Hop Cassidy.

In the end we got a beautiful pool. The design was lovely and well thought out. But the customer service was very poor once we experienced conflict. The primary salesperson was very friendly and outgoing until we signed the contract. Communication during the building process was great at first, but became much less so. Our e-mails and phone calls went unanswered when we encountered problems during the build. When we were experiencing major difficulty, the salesperson waited for us to initiate all contact. The pool is beautiful. The subcontractors were mostly very friendly and hardworking. Communication and customer service were dismal. The project was on budget, but the timeline was months off. Part of that was because the conflict took so long to resolve. But even prior to the conflict, weeks went by between construction phases.

They have the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. I called to get their services and the girl that answered the phone yelled at me, hung up on me twice then i called again to ask what her problem was and she started yelling what do you want!!!!!!!! i would srongly reommend to rethink doing business with this company.
